Cécile founded Callida in 2015. As a Stakeholder Manager, Co-creative Facilitator, and Leadership Coach, she supports organizations (both private and public) in optimizing their development processes.
Her life mission is to push boundaries and act as a sherpa for personal and professional transformation processes. Under her guidance, clients work on the essential building blocks to collaborate with confidence and authenticity towards a productive and sustainable future.
Cécile is an experienced leadership and team coach who empowers individuals and groups in their journey of self-development. Whether it involves personal growth, overcoming professional challenges, or strengthening leadership skills, her approach is always personal and tailored to the unique needs of each client. She also offers group sessions for companies looking to strengthen team dynamics or resolve conflicts.
She is certified in a range of methodologies, such as Transactional Analysis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Nonviolent Communication, Palo Alto Systemic Approach and Insights Discovery®. Her methods are recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF), which ensures the quality and integrity of her coaching practice and training programs.
In addition to her coaching practice, Cécile also develops participatory and co-creative processes that contribute positively to society in various domains such as sustainability, mobility, employment and diversity. She is typically called upon by companies, institutions, and associations at European, federal, regional, and local levels to design the process as a Stakeholder Manager or Lead Facilitator.
Cécile holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and works fluently in three languages: French (C2), Dutch (C2), and English (C1).
